hmm,,,

my remaining days in argentina...

HIGH VELOCITY IM-GONNA-FOOL-AROUND MOMENTS!!!

july 1, 18:40 im leaving tucuman...
july 2, midday, arriving in buenos aires...
july 2, 20:55 im leaving argentina...
july 3, forgot the time, gonna be in frankfurt. then gonna be in hongkong... then july 4, aroung 16:00, arriving in NAIA...

on tuesday, im gonna cry my heart out in the bus terminal..
gonna be dehydrated.
lol.
i have a to-do-before-i-go list.
im really trying to fulfill everything on that list.
i dont know if i can do it. but im trying my best.
i HAVE to do it.
it's either i will do it or i'll never do it.
now or never.
LOL.

anyway, this is it.
i dont really have that much energy to post something. my classic pen-and-paper diary is using up all the emotional energy...

these last days, i havent had enough sleep.
like 4 hrs a day... that's actually the average.
im not gonna sleep on my last days! gonna sleep on the flight back home.

it has been quite some time when i last posted an entry...
ive been quite busy.
imagine, i have only 10 days left...
time flies...

lots of happenings...

ive got two diaries during my stay here.
enormous notebooks!!!

its sort of a weird feeling...
i mean, i want to go back to my home country, of course,... but at the same time, i dont want to leave argentina yet.
the thing is that it's not actually argentina that im going to freaking miss...
its the people.
those friendships that ive made...
its just that i dont have the slightest idea when i can see them again.
say, argentine friends... yep... i could just go back to argentina and ill see them again.
but how about those friends who are scattered all over the world???
damn...
i already wrote about this in my last entry...

im gonna be dehydrated on july...
lots of tears to shed.
im sensitive. everyone knows that.

beccy (germany) told me that it might be that she can visit me next year...
probably. not certain but really probable though.

i dont really know what to write...
this morning, i wrote 12 pages in my diary...

10 months ago, when i was listening to the people who have been exchangies saying that their exchange years changed their lives and crap like that, i was like 'no. bullshit. thats impossible,'
now, i can say that i was wrong.
10 months ago, i thought that this is no big deal...
that the year would just pass by... im gonna learn a new language, meet new people, learn the culture, and crap like that.
it never crossed my mind that i would be so attached to the people here...
now i can understand why afs tucuman president, alejandro, told me that the hardest stage in the exchange program is when its starting to end...
i didnt cry in NAIA when i said goodbye to my family coz i know that im gonna come back...
but.. this is now a different situation.

"in year 2010, do you think that we'll still be friends like this??"
that was a question that lawrence (australia) and i were deliberating...
i really, really want to say YES but i cant say that coz i cant know...
and i really dont want to fall out of touch with them...
we've grown really close.
before, i would have said 'bullshit' if someone would tell me that one can have a real friendship in a matter of 4 months...
it is possible though.
its not the length of time that uv been together.
its the experiences that youve shared and the bond that you have that counts.
