yay. andito kami ngayon sa house ng friend ng mama ko dito sa argentina.hmm...kakatapos lng ng AFS camp.andami pala namin from all over the world...around 15-25 people...merong from thailand, austria, belgium, germany, united states, france, germany, switzerland, etc.......so many cute guys too! (haha..)it was sooooo cold because the camp was near the mountains but it was really really fun...met new people... talked with lots of people in mixed english and spanish...now i have lots of new friends from all over the world!and they even taught me the swearwords of their countries... (bwahaha!!)yesterday, we`ve had LOTS of activities... as in LOTS.discussions, group activities, games... LOTS.sooo fun.and this girl, sarah, from the united states talked with me until 2am...we can`t sleep because the others were playing the guitar and singing..but you know what?it`s okay.why?because the one who was playing the guitar was federico. (checkout the entry before this)btw, now i know his age. he`s 18....just two years older than me! hahaha....and he plays futbol realllllly well......his kick is so strong that the ball went flying over this ninefoot tall wall and stuff and he has to climb to the other side to get the ball back...cool.what`s more, i didnt only get to know the students from all over the world..i also get to know their sisters and brothers and families here. (their hostfams)sooo rockin`one of the students from thailand has a hostbrother who can speak english and he likes to practice his english with me..sooo nice and friendly and.... well you get the idea.so many cuties here...i hope the philippines is like that too! (haha)btw, the girl sarah from US was delighted when i exclaimed `what the freaking hell!`when we`re talking..she told me that she liked that expression.cool.i also played futbol (american soccer) with the guys!it was fun.now, i like the sport!!shame, we have no sport like that back in the philippines...oh and it was soooo cool when the people in the camp told me that i learn spanish fast because im only here for two weeks and i can already speak in spanish.only slowly... and my grammar sucks! (acceptable...)argentines are touchy-feely people (got that?)no malice. just that it`s the culture...kiss here, kiss there.hug here, hug there...and they were `ISNT THAT BORING??`when i told them that we have curfew in the philippines.....but teens here (majority) smoke...federico smokes... he asked me if i smoke and i said no and he said `thats good. dont smoke.´that`s the only thing that i dont like...well, it`s part of their culture so nevermind.it`s spring but it`s cold...anyway till here.over and out.chau.

yay! im here ith my permanent hostfam....address is saavedra 900... its soooooo COOL...why?because i`ve had two other families aside from my permanent hostfam...first, my welcome family in santa fe (gaby, belen, and rocio)then i spent a day with another family in la rioja...it was a big family... five children but everyone`s grownup....three daughters and two brothers... i chilled out with my brother juan manuel (17yrsold) and my sister sofia (15yrsold)we went to a concert... it was my first time to be out on the streets past midnight!!we went home at around 3 in the morning...totally rockin`!!!they family wants me to stay with them but i cant because they are already hosting a student from switzerland...(the name is lucas renaud)but the family was soooooo nice....then last friday morning, federico and alejandro of AFS picked me up...the family from la rioja also brought me (together with the AFS people) to my permanent hostfam...then they even told me that if i dont like my new fam then i can come back to them...saavedra is not that far from santa fe and la rioja...just a few minutes drive...in my permanent hostfam now, i have a mom and two sisters...florencia is 21yrsold and maria jose (or majo) is 18yrsold....and they are really very very nice to me...my mom told me to call her mama...and they told me that the house is also my house so i can do whatever i like...very nice....on christmas im going to visit my two other families in santa fe and la rioja since my mom has a car... it`s easier to travel...and frederico (afs) lives near my house too...not that near though...parang from gonzaga to expresslane lang naman...this is a secret pero for me, federico is really cute....he is a university student but i dont know the exact age....but he is sooooo cute...he was the one who fetched me when i traveled from buenos aires to tucuman...then he was also one of the people who fetched me from the family in la rioja...he is very cute (hahaha... ilang beses ko na bang sinasabi yan?)and sabi nya `my house is your house too...`wahahaha...then before i went to my permanent hostfam, he asked me if im nervous.. i said yeah.. then he massaged the nape of my neck.cool...btw, my hostsister majo brought me to a party yesterday...everyone is sooooo wild.lots of dancing, drinking, smoking, kissing.....here, kids are allowed to drink and smoke (if they wanna)and a majority of the kids in the party drinks and smokes....and the couples are kissing....it is allowed here.kids can go home whenever they like... no curfew...and they were shocked when i told them that we have a curfew in the philippines...i`ve met lots of people here...very nice people...tomorrow, there will be an AFS camp so im going to meet the other exchange students...i`ve already met three... one from norway, one from thailand, and one from switzerland....hey, btw, my family is shocked to know that 1 dollar is equal to 45 phil peso...they said that if that`s so then everything here will seem expensive for me...and the family in la rioja even told me to live in other countries after i finish my studies because they heard that there are many typhoons and floods in the philippines...it was difficult to explain that the entire philippines doesnt flood....shux...ahyway, till here.over and out.chau!

adjustment (again!)
Thursday, September 20, 2007
okay. this afternoon i`m going to be changing hostfams...this current family that i`m living with is just my welcome family.i`m really gonna miss this family...last night, alejandro of afs argentina called. he said tht they will be picking me up this afternoon...my hostsis belen gave me a shirt, a magazine, a bracelet, a small address notebook,and a photo last night too!gaby gave me a magazine too!anyway, i`m so gonna miss this family...i`m so gonna miss their specialty known as `TARTA DE ESPINACA`that`s `spinach pie`in english...i went ÙGH`at first when i realized that it was spinach!oh c`mon.. spinach????but then, it tastes sooooo good.really.you won`t realize that it is spinach....i`m soooo gonna miss rocio and our `he`s soo cute!`exclamation whenever we see some cuties around...im soooo gonna miss belen and gaby.....my hostmom is not yet here. she`s still in the south of argentina...so gaby told me that i can just return here when their mom arrives so that i can say bye and thanks personally...i dont know anything about my next hostfam yet...im going to know that later.anyway, i won`t be able to post anything for several days since i have to adjust (again) with my new hostfam...besides, i will be going to school next week..that`s another adjustment.hey, im starting to learn spanish! i can speak and make sense now!but i speak slowly........i can also understand their words now... but they still speak so fast in my perspective so that means that i`m not that keen with spanish yet...but im gonna learn. of course.so excited to meet my new hostfam...will i have both parents? or will it be a single parent fam again?will i have a brother? sister? how many?and im so excited to go to school....nervous but also excited.i mean, im gonna study chemistry and physics and math IN SPANISH.i love challenges... YUM! *grin*anyway, my hostsisters told me that they use books rarely here...they use their notebooks more.and their notebooks here are very different from the notebooks there,here, they use a refillable notebook... and there`ll be four subjects for every notebook...environment-friendly and cuter...it`s almost spring here... and it`s really COLD.especially in the wee hours of the morning and late at night....i slept at around 2am... and i woke up at around 9...this place is messing up with my internal clock.it seems that everyday is vacation since people sleep VERY late every day...oh yeah. they dont haveany sense of time, i remember...there are lots of people named pablo here...i already know four.pablo of afs in buenos aires, pablo of the choir, pablo of the house-next-door, and another pablo of afs which is a volunteer....i spent less than two weeks here and i already know four pablos...hmmm...i dont know why but the friends of rocio doesn`t look like they`re just around 13 to 14 years of age..they dont look old. just a bit older....like, they seemed to me as if they`re already 18 or 19...hell, they looked older than me.you know, sometimes it`s so nice to be young or maybe to look younger than your age...why?because people are very helpful with younger people...at the frankfurt airport, this british guy showed the way to the information center because i have to ask for something about my flight...then at the information center, the german lady there answered all my questions then after that, she asked me if im alone.i said yes.then she asked my age.i told her.and she said `you are doing great`when i arrives in tucuman by the doubledecker bus, i went to get my luggage from the man who is incharge of giving the luggages to their owners...then after he gave me my bags, he showed me his palm.i didnt have any argentine money to give at that moment.then, this man behind me, he gave a coin to that other man (i didnt see the monetary value of the coin)then the helpful man told me èsta bien`... that`s the spanish of ìt`s okay`wow. so helpful and nice...THE TOP THREE WIDELY USED LANGUAGES1. english2. mandarin3. spanishso if you can speak spanish, you can talk to two-thirds (more or less) of the world`s entire population..a tip for learning new languages: NEVER TRANSLATE EVERYTHING IN ENGLISH.in nihonggo, if you translate evrything in english you`re going to have an entirely different sentence,,,in spanish, if you translate everything in english you`re going to have a headache...why?because not everything can be translated directly...hey. gotta go.over and out.chao!

the choir
yay... super lamig...soooo cold.anyway, i`m not yet going to school because i will be transfering families this week or maybe next week...hmm...last quarter of the school year lang aabutan ko this year.then next year, from march to june. 4 months...isang quarter lang din matatapos ko then one month ng 2nd quarter...pero gusto ko yung school year nila dito. kasi from march to early december.so it means, their vacation is almost three months...THREE MONTHS.shux.then, just like what nikko said, ang ganda ng sched kasi kasabay ng annual year ang school year.cute.yesterday, we went to the mass..the guys who were at the bible study meeting (refer to one of my posts) were also the choir members,,then after the mass, they asked me why i didn`t come to the choir meeting last saturday.WHAT? i didn`t know that i`m a member of the choir...then, they told me that they want me to sing with them.i told them that i can`t even understand what they`re saying.they said that if i want, i can sing in english.i said `no, it`s okay. i can sing in spanish.`ahehe...so, they invited me again to join them next saturday.the problem is this: my sister told me that i might be transfering families this week or maybe next week. if i will transfer this week, and my hostfamily lives far from this area, then i won`t be able to come to the meetings every saturday anymore...i really want to join them not because i want to sing but because they are very VERY friendly.one of them even told me that i laugh nicely.he said that in spanish. then he asked me to say it in english.risa means laugh.bien means good or nice.then i told him my translation.oh well... how do one laugh nicely? never mind.but... aww... i will miss those guys. they are really a happy bunch.hopefully, my next family is close to this area, too...btw, during mass in the philippines, there is a time wherein you say `peace be with you`,right?the spanish of that is `la paz a contigo`anyway, my hostmom is not around and won`t be around for four days.she went to a trip to the south of argentina. around the area of patagonia.btw, it might be that i will provide my own uniform.hopefully, it won`t cost that much.hopefully.hehehe...propphi told me that there`s also a euro bungy back there in the philippines.where can i find that?you know, spanish vocabulary is easy.you just have to read the dictionary and memorize everything.the hard part is the verb conjugation.you know, like the infinitive `to eat`will change to èating`and èaten`and àte` and `will eat`..yeah.that`s the hard part. spanish grammar.actually, spanish grammar is not that different from english grammar unlike the japanese grammar wherein everything changes...but still, it`s not that easy to conjugate verbs...i might accidentally say ì am eating`when in fact what i want to say is that ì have eaten`...you know... stuff...and then, there`s the irregular verbs.like in english, `fly`to `flew`...irregular verbs conjugate differently and they follow no rules in conjugation.you HAVE to memorize their conjugates then...i mean, I HAVE TO memorize them...gosh.this morning, before my hostmom left, we`ve had a visitor. then before she left, she brought me to the door and talked with me. i understood that she`s telling me that she lives in the house with the white fence around the corner. but then, she started talking about `pablo`...who the hell is pablo?then, i can`t understand anymore. i can recognize words but it doesn`t make sense...is she telling me that someone named pablo lives in her house too?or is she telling me something entirely different.i just nodded and nodded... shux.can`t understand that.and hell, she forgot that i`m not that familiar with spanish yet...and i was too shocked with that pablo stuff that i forgot to tell her to slow down...last night, my host sister belen wrote me a letter.it wasn`t long but it took me around 20 minutes to read it.why? it was in spanish.btw, they call spanish here as castellano.pronounced as `casteshano`btw, when we went to the expo a few days ago... i saw several llamas...you know, the animals.. llama... yeah.they were inside this big fence structure because they`re quite dangerous..i dunno why but the guards won`t let us too close to the fence.this moment, my host sisters are sleeping.people here sleep really late then after returning home from school or work, they will sleep.siesta mode.siesta is actually a spanish term. and it means `nap`...oh well... i`m excited to go to school...meet new people... learn physics and chemistry in spanish... meet cuties... stuff like that...till here.over and out.chao!

hmm...super cold... shux. ginaw... brrrrrr....extremes ang panahon dito. mega lamig. mega init.hindi ko pa inabutan yung mega lamig nung july at august...sa lagay na ito mainit pa ito.. shux a..anyway, kagabi we went to the expo.super grandeur ng expo nila dito.bongga.7:30pm. my hostdad brought rocio and me to the expo.there, i met her classmates.super masayahin sila. and they kept on trying to speak in english.barok ang english nila pero that`s okay since barok din ang spanish ko.fair and square. right?anyway, we rode a roller coaster... it was cool.then, we played this euro bungy...there will be some sort of straps fastened around your waist like that on a wallclimbing activity. then there`s this two elastic strips on either side of the strap mechanism on your waist.then you are on top of a trampouline.then you`re gonna jump.and you`re gonna SOAR.for five minutes... you`ll be flying...TOTALLY ROCKIN`!grabe. super daming good-looking people sa country na ito...sa expo pa lang, i saw about 15 to 20 cuties..you won`t even have to look for cute boys there.you just have to walk and yòu`re gonna pass by them...or you can just sit and wait for them to pass by.madami sila. hehehe...weird pero ang akala ng mga friends ng hostsis ko japanese ako.hindi ba dapat chinese?anyway, never mind.ayun. sabi ng isa sknla, hndi daw ako mukhang argentine.malamang.the same girl told me that i am very pretty daw.shux ah....when we were walking, people kept on looking at me so i asked my companions about that.one said that i am pretty.the other said not to mind those people.chuchuchu....maybe it`s because i look different.anyway, in the expo, i met another exchange student.his name is allan and he is from norway.he arrived here last august 3...he actually stayed with this family for 2 weeks before transferring to a different family so he knew my hostsis rocio.his spanish is nice. still slow (that`s why i knew that he`s not from this country) but the argentines can understand him so he is speaking well...one month and he can speak nicely...hmm... btw, he told me that i speak english fast. i`m wondering... what is the native language in norway? why isn`t he that cool with speaking english...?he also told me that i have an accent.WHAT?i have an accent????????anyway, we went home at about 11:30pm...so late right? but here, there`s no curfew.after going home, my hostmom left for a party so the four of us were left at home.rocio and i went out again to go to the avenue to rent some movies...that`s about quarter to 12 and we were still walking around...i told you, no curfew...while we were walking towards the avenue, rocio told me that the guy in the shop where we`re going is cute.when we arrived there, i figured out that rocio isn`t kidding about the `cute`stuff.the guy`s got blue eyes and blond hair.and yeah, he`s cute.but when we were at the expo, rocio and her friends asked me if i like guys with blond hairs...i told them no.i like dark-haired guys better...but, i like those eyes! so blue....hehehe...we slept at around 3 in the morning...it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cold.anyway, till here.over and out. chao.

hmm...i`m missing everyone back in the philippines...it is really good to be here but still, can`t help but miss my own country...the only real thing that makes this quite difficult is the great LANGUAGE BARRIER.freaking hell... most of the times, i can`t even understand what they`re talking about.now, i`m sooooooooooooo anxious about going to school because the professors will speak in spanish and my classmates will speak in spanish so how will i be able to understand them?c`mon... how will i do good in physics and chemistry and mathematics and history and geography and the such...???shux....they told me that i don`t really have to do that good in school here because i am an exchange student and no one will blame me for having bad grades because i `don`t speak their language...but i am expected to have some progress.of course.but still, i don`t want to have bad grades just because it didn`t understand that i should calculate for the area of figure A and not the surface area of figure B...if it`s in english, i wouldn`t have any problem at all...btw, the grading system here is from 1 to 10 with 10 as the highest...oh shux... i`m going to get somewhere above 5... or else i will be so depressed...no one will blame me for having bad grades because that can`t be helped since i don`t speak spanish...no one will blame me but i will blame myself. of course.imagine having physics in spanish..if only every discussion is written, i won`t have lots of problems.. but NO. discussions are spoken.naturally.so... i have to prepare myself for some seriously looooooooooow grades.i recall something that was sent to my email.whenever you are struggling, you are just actually growing roots to make you stronger.btw, there are lots of cute boys here... and my host sisters told me that i will see more when i go to school.okay.**giggles**nice... right propphi??there`s just one wish that i have at this moment.it`s a wish that the ten-month stay in argentina will pass by quickly...why?because time passes by so fast when you`re having fun.i remember that pablo (afs argentina) told me that my stay here will have its ups and downs...for now, i`m not yet having lots of downs... just missing my family and friends in the philippines, having difficulty in communicating, and being so nervous but that`s all.of course, life is not supposed to be easy.will you enjoy reading a book that`s got only happy moments in its story?will you enjoy watching a movie without any antagonists in it?will you enjoy an anime with only humor and nothing else?even the most humorous story in the world has got some plot in it.a story with no plot is a story without direction.just totally worthless.trash.do you want a life like that?no.so live with all those little twists in the plots of your life story.till here then. CHAO...over and out.

nakakaloka... spanish ang dashboard ng blogger.. heehee...spanish actually yung language ng buong pc at internet dito..malamang.the title of this entry is `quìero`..meaning `want`in the first person subjective.parang i want.ganun.hmmm...last sunday, we went to this mall here to eat lunch. sa mcdo pa nga e...hehehe.. kakaiba yung hamburgers nila dito.malalaki e. at yung burger patty nila made of real cow meat.kaya super busog ka kahit isang burger lang kainin mo.then we ate icecream. helado in spanish. silent h yan a... bsta anything na may h dito silent..icecreams here are soooooooooo good.as in.i`m so nervous to go to school next week...golly.of course, my teachers and my classmates will be speaking in spanish...now, how would i be able to understand them?and, afs philippines requires me to acquire at least a B...tall order?not so tall but it will be difficult since the lessons will be discussed in spanish...if spanish is written, it`s not that big of a problem for me.but the problem is that when it is spoken.people here speaks fast.and i can`t understand them most of the time.`no one can blame me for being so nervous and everything..btw, they use uniforms here, too.i was shocked because i didn`t know that.their uniforms are very similar to japanese uniforms..very similar but NOT identical.my host sisters`uniforms are a white polo shirt with dark-colored tie, short skirt, cute socks that bunch down, and black shoes.i really like the socks...what i dislike is the skirt.it is too short for my liking but what can i do...??i don`t know about my uniform because i will be going to a different school...hopefully, the skirts are longer...hah! i wish.anyway, people here are really fond of teas...they don`t like juice so much.and they also have rice here.just different from the rice back there...rice here can be eaten without anything else because it is already really tasty..then, they put some mayo and cheese on top of the rice and voila!hehehe...yummy...there`s no curfew here. kids can go trotting at night and no one will mind.last night, about 11pm, my host sisters and i walked around the block...and i saw several things along the way.there`s this car with a couple making out inside...there`s this man walking his dog... (at night.. yeah.)there`s this couple walking... (just walking. hehe.)hmm... kissing is their way of greeting here.you say `hola`then give a kiss on the cheek to greet anyone.kisses are abundant.not on the mouth, though. only on the cheeks.girl to girl, boy to boy, girl to boy...a kiss on the cheek here is similar to our `hello`back there.btw, high school musical is also famous here.rihanna, justin timberlake, black eyed peas, etc... they are all famous here.the movie `the incredibles`, i was shocked to watch it because it was in spanish.everything is in spanish here.total spanish immersion, as i say.luckily, spanish doesn`t mess up with one`s english, unlike japanese.japanese language messes up with one`s ability to speak good english.yeah.another thing, people here loves to eat bread and crackers...and they also sleep really late.about 12 to 2 in the morning. and that`s during weekdays, mind you...then, they sleep in the afternoon after coming home from school...i remember something that señor pablo told me.`we don`t have a sense of time`yeah. that`s what he said...and that is true.now, i believe that the filipinos obtained our so-called filipino time from our spanish heritage...one example, my two sisters are going to go back to school for their gymnastics in physical education at 3:30pm...it`s already 4 and they`re still here at home...yeah...btw, my hostmom made me smell a little leaf last night..she told me that it was òregano`i told here that oregano back in the philippines is large and rounded and succulent..you know what, when you go somewhere wherein things aren`t like what you were used to, don`t think of it as better or worse...it is just different.it`s not actually the place that makes a place worthwhile...it`s the people living in the place...so till here..btw, ciao is not spanish. sorry. i was wrong.it should be chao... then you kiss again on the cheek of whoever you`re saying byebye to...so, chao!

yo! the title of this entry is the name of this bread that i ate for breakfast.media lunas.half moon in english.it looks like a half moon kasi.i have three host sisters here in tucuman.gaby. she`s 18 years old.belen. she`s 16.and rocio. she`s 14.they`re all very nice to me.and i have my host mom, liz.my sisters can speak english especially gaby since she has been an exchange student to australia last year.my host mom cannot.you know, the only thing that makes this not so easy is that i don`t speak spanish.afs argentina told me that students who come here in argentina can speak spanish in about 2 to 3 months.hmm... i`m going to do that in 1 to 2 months then.currently sunday. september 9. 1:40pm...yesterday, we went to the shopping mall.then we walked all the way home. it was quite a walk but it`s not actually that far.then, gaby, belen, and i went to the bible study.i can understand the gist but not the details..and the people are very nice. they are a happy bunch.the boys even played rugby using this baby doll...cute.the people talked to me in english. and they are very hospitable.filipinos aren`t the only hospitable people in this world...quiero aprendar español.(i want to learn spanish)hehehe... that is really a must. or else i wouldn`t be able to fully enjoy my stay here...the accents here are cool.`ll`is spoken as ``zh``s`is spoken as `th`and the letter h is not pronounced.ok then. till here!btw, the date that is used by blogger to post my entries are on philippine time.today here in argentina it is just september 9...wanna find out the time here?just subtract 11 hours from the time in the philippines...ciao!

yay! i´m here...it´s september 7 here and september 8 back in the philippines.later this afternoon i will be going to my hostfam in tucuman...tucuman, that´s a province in argentina..this very moment, i´m here seated in front of señor pablo´s computer here inside the AFS argentina national office located in buenos aires.my flight was tiring... from manila to frankfurt has been 16 hours then i stayed at frankfurt for about 15hours then from frankfurt to buenos aires has been 15 hours...tiring. yeah...but it was cool.i can see the clouds from above.the cumulus clouds look like cotton candy... the cirrus clouds seem like you entered some sort of a hazy illusion...it was totally cool.from manila to frankfurt, my seatmate was a filipina...she´s going to italy to work.from frankfurt to buenos aires, there were no more filipinos...my seatmate then was a guy who speaks in german and spanish and nothing else...that was sort of difficult since i can only speak a little spanish...and he is fond of speaking in german..so what happened is that he speaks in german plus hand motions and i answer in spanish plus hand motions...weird right? but that´s the way we talk since he doesn´t know english...i just finished eating lunch..the food was called ¨GNOCCI¨ in italy and ¨ñOQUI¨ in argentina,,,different spellings but same pronunciation.it is pronounced as ¨nyoki¨we´re talking about pasta here.but the pasta itself is very VERY different from the pasta back there...the pasta of ñoqui is made of smashed potatoes and shaped like a flattened cylinder...and the meat... the meat are not bite-sized...the taste is nice. but i got full really fast... i don´t know why.btw, señor pablo told me not to call him señor anymore since he´s young. he told me to pay respect to everyone and call them sir and señor...except for him.he´s just 23... so i guess what he told me was acceptable.what else can i say? hmm...nothing.so, till here!

hmm... french ang title ng aking entry. yun lang.gonna share a few quotes with my comments..Voici mon secret. Il est très simple: on ne voit bien qu'avec le cœur. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux. Translation: Here is my secret. It is very simple: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.[from "Le Petit Prince" by Antoine Jean-Baptiste Marie Roger de Saint-Exupéry]-------> pinakamemorable quote mula sa book na yan... yan yung book na ginamit namin sa book report nung 1st year kami e... super ikli lng nung book pero after mo mabasa, super touched ka...Ce qui embellit le désert, dit le petit prince, c'est qu'il cache un puits quelque part... Translation: "What makes the desert beautiful," says the little prince, "is that somewhere it hides a well." [from "Le Petit Prince" by Antoine Jean-Baptiste Marie Roger de Saint-Exupéry]-------> parang "the night is beautiful because of the stars""Vanity and pride are different things, though the words are often used synonymously. A person may be proud without being vain. Pride relates more to our opinion of ourselves, vanity to what we would have others think of us." [from "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen]-------> naxx... totoo naman e. when you speak of PRIDE, you speak of your sense of personal value. when you speak of vanity, you speak of your sense of self-importance with regards to other people's opinions...hmmm...hindi ko na maalala yung ibang hiragana characters na minemorize ko nung bakasyon...tsk...imememorize ko nlng yun ulit... mamememorize ko din ng mtino yun plus yung katakana...hindi ko na lng pag-aaksayan ng panahon ang kanji...ang kakabisaduhin ko nlng na kanji ay ung mga gusto kong symbols tlga...yung "ai" na kanji sa forehead ni gaara, prng mga gnun. heehee..."... don't let something get in the way again, or else, it will be disastrous..."i'm going to quote my mister lawyer again."...you're always telling me that nothing happens without a reason. that is one of your maxims in your life, right? you better believe it, then. there is no such thing as 'the world conspires against me' stuff... that's just your own little mind trying to trick you into uncertainty. now, i'm not saying that you should doubt your own mind. i'm just telling you that you really have to get a hold with yourself. oh, c'mon. that which does not kill you will make you stronger, remember how fond you are with that line? get a grip..."
okay... thanks for the sermon, though. i needed that.npanood ko yung episode 9 ng zombie-loan kanina lang...sabi nung new character dun, "why is it that everyone wants to know where people came from? isn't it more important to know where you're going?"hmm... super very true.i wonder, ano kaya yung "fuel" ko?eto.. ejo mga almost one hour ding kausap c propphi anne sa fone...sper mega share nnman ng kng anu-ano...mutual tlga ung naffeel nmin sa mga tao jan sa tabi-tabi...preho kami na naiirita sa same people... waw.. heehee..."...it is better to be alone than to hang around stupid people..."yay! heehee...totoo naman e. topic din namin yan ni propphi kanina...stupidity doesn't necessarily pertains to acads naman e...stupidity in general."...quality over quantity..."ayan. isa pang quote...madami ka ngang so-called friends... pero sure ka ba na true cla?friends nga ba tlga? o mere acquaintances lang?quality over quantity pa din.kahit very few lang yang friends mo... kahit nga isa lang yan e.. as long as sure na sure na sure kang stable yung friendship nyo, super mega mas mahalaga yun kaysa sa 100 acquaintances na wala naman talagang importansya sa buhay mo...sometimes, those who are very popular with people lack the joys of a real and lasting friendship...FOR PROPPHI:propphi, ang galing.hindi mo ako knomfort pero gumaan feeling ko! heehee...sbagay, i don't really need someone who will comfort me.mas klangan ko yung taong makikinig sa pagdaldal ko... hehehe...si bryan nga sinermunan lang ako e.. tpos ikaw ayun ngchikahan lang...pero ang galing nyong dalawa..kasi kng ibang tao yun, alam kong ikcomfort nla ako...ssbhin nla "don't be upset" and the such...shux. i don't need anyone's pity.i don't need people who will treat me like someone who is weak and in need of constant consolation...nafeel ko naman na yun ung way nyo para ma"comfort" ako... hahaha...yung isa pinagalitan ako, ikaw naman nakipagtsismisan...super thankful ako sa inyo.sa aking lawyer at sa aking uber bestest friend in the whole wide cosmos...mwaaaaa! sherlock holmes
since ang inspiration ni gosho aoyama sa kanyang detective conan series at ang all-time-favorite ni shinichi kudo ay si "sherlock holmes", eto ako ngayon...sherlock holmes quotes:"It was easier to know it than to explain why I know it. If you were asked to prove that two and two made four, you might find some difficulty, and yet you are quite sure of the fact." [from "A Study In Scarlet"]"You know a conjurer gets no credit when once he has explained his trick; and if I show you too much of my method of working, you will come to the conclusion that I am a very ordinary individual after all." [from "A Study In Scarlet"]"In solving a problem of this sort, the grand thing is to be able to reason backward. That is a very useful accomplishment, and a very easy one, but people do not practise it much. In the everyday affairs of life it is more useful to reason forward, and so the other comes to be neglected. There are fifty who can reason synthetically for one who can reason analytically." [from "A Study In Scarlet"]“How often have I said to you that when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth?” [from "The Sign of Four"]"What do you think of this, Holmes? Sholto was, on his own confession, with his brother last night. The brother died in a fit, on which Sholto walked off with the treasure? How's that?”"On which the dead man very considerately got up and locked the door on the inside." [from "The Sign of Four"]"You see, but you do not observe. The distinction is clear." [from "A Scandal in Bohemia"]"Life is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent." [from "A Case of Identity"]“Circumstantial evidence is a very tricky thing," answered Holmes thoughtfully. "It may seem to point very straight to one thing, but if you shift your own point of view a little, you may find it pointing in an equally uncompromising manner to something entirely different.” [from "The Boscombe Valley Mistery"]"A man should keep his little brain attic stocked with all the furniture that he is likely to use, and the rest he can put away in the lumber-room of his library, where he can get it if he wants it." [from "The Five Orange Pips"]"There is nothing more stimulating than a case where everything goes against you." [from "The Hound of Baskervilles"]"Come at once if convenient - if inconvenient come all the same." [from "The Adventure of the Creeping Man"]cuuuuuuute....mister sherlock holmes is a sarcastic, witty detective.hehehe...anyway, misattribution yung "elementary, my dear Watson."sa 60 sherlock holmes novels, walang ganyang line dun.and i don't mean to say na nabasa ko na yung 60 novels na yun a..yang info na yan ay nagmula sa website ng sherlock holmes novels.yun lang po.okay, then.OVER AND OUT.

private eyes' requiem
Saturday, September 1, 2007
i finished watching detective conan movie 10: private eyes' requiem last september 1, 2007...!comment ko sa movie 10?wow.hehehe...i mean, hindi ganun kaaction-packed yung movie pero maganda pdn.logic xmpre ang pinapairal ng ating mga detectives!shinichi kudou [detective of the east] and hattori heiji [detective of the west] joined forces!ang galing.naghelp din si hakuba saguru sknla... yung british detective na karibal ni kaito kuroba/ kaitou kid...at eto pa talaga yung favorite part ko e...ANDUN SI KAITO KUROBA. AS IN. KAITOU KID. ANDUN.and he helped them immensely!pero xmpre si conan lng yung nakarealize nun..pero super talaga. he helped them, super.mabait naman kasi tlga xa e...kaito is my favorite character from detective conan.of course, i also like kudou and hattori but... kaito is different.if only he's a detective just like the rest of them... tsk.anyway, yan lng naman.conan's words...."there is no such thing as a perfect plan. there will always be something that will get in your way. now, it's up to you whether you want to insist that nothing will get in your way or you'll fix whatever it was that went wrong. you're just scared to reset. and that became your huge problem..."ayan. wala lng. totoo naman e...meron akong sariling version nyan... parang ganyan pero hndi ganyan. hehe..gagamitin ko sa aking amateur novel in-the-makinghere it is!"Whatever happened in your past, happened in your past, and nothing will be able to change it. You only have two options. The first one is to move forward despite everything. The second one is to remain wallowing in the pain of your past. And as far as I’m concerned, you did moved forward. If you chose the second option and immersed yourself on the pain that you’ve suffered, then that would be the time when I will think less of you.” ayan. heehee... adik mode lng..giddy with anime nanaman.kelan ba hindi?kahit naman hindi ako nanonood ng anime, giddy pdn ako e...hehehe..people will be asking, "what the hell... how come you've posted something on your blog when you're already there?"and i will say this, "sorry guys, the flight was postponed. i only mentioned it to five of my closest friends because i hadn't seen the need to announce it to the rest of the world. but of course, some of my teachers know about this and the news will get out soon..."oh well, it's not as if i don't want you people to know that i'm still right here in this country but i hadn't really seen the importance of notifying everyone.besides, the closure that we had last august was good enough.i don't want to mess it up. really.maganda na yung closure e.. pangit namang sirain pa dba? kaya nga limang na tao lng ang pinagsabihan ko na postponed ako.btw, to those people who read this entry, you really don't have to notify every single person that you know about this.like what i've said before, the closure has been good enough.there's no use messing it up.september 5. that's my flight date.here's a quote from a conversation with my dear mister soon-to-be lawyer...."...you really don't have to tell everyone. just your closest friends will do. there's really no need to announce it to your entire batch, not even to your entire class. others won't give a damn, so why bother?..."okay then.i'm out and about.
